Double Kingpin Truck & Exchangeable Wheels Options
Our Direct Drive KIT comes with a lot of features like the tough double Kingpin trucks with proper bushings and a suitable axle length for convincing riding comfort. Do you want to use different wheel various with different sizes, colors, and hardnesses? No problem! To enable you a batch of application possibilities, our DD-KIT includes a Flywheel (ABEC11) Pulley, as well as a KEGEL Pulley so you can put almost any Longboard & eSkate wheels on your eBoard.
Shock absorbing Honeycomb wheels
We know that standard wheels are already offered anywhere else, so we decided us to provide you a set of particular wheels with new features. We're talking about elastic honeycomb wheels (105 mm diameter) made of solid rubber with a hardness of 60A. They also have a Non-slip profile for better riding on wet streets but what is even more important are the shock-absorbing properties. Compared to standard wheels, the riding comfort - for example on cobblestone streets - is much better so that you even have a comfortable feeling when you ride them off-road. These wheels have a tested service life of more than 800 km but if this sounds too long for you, it's also not a problem because their shape and soft rubber material make them pretty suitable for drifts and slides. If you're already thinking that this is what you're looking for, you can be excited about the technical part.
Technique & Specifications
Beside better durability and faster heat distribution, a smooth acceleration & braking is also very important for safety and riding comfort. This isn't in the responsibility of the motors, it's made by proper programming of the controlling device and the remote. For this, we used the new VESC 6.1 and adjust the settings many times until we found the perfect flow. Even if you shouldn't be happy with our settings, the VESC control device allows you to freely adjust speed limit, battery current and other technical parameters for your needs. The Direct Drive KIT comes with an ergonomic Bluetooth remote and 3 different gears (beginner mode - advanced mode - power mode). The remote also has a reverse gear for turning directions and shows the battery level of the eBoard. You can choose between 3 different speed modes to reach top speeds of 30 km/h, 40 km/h & 50 km/h. All in all the Direct Drive (incl. trucks) has a weight of 3,3 kg and an IP65 water-proof-grade.
The brushless dual motors are coming with a total power of maximal 1000 Watt each, 58 KV (rpm/V) and torque of 2,3 Nm. These motors are powerful enough to climb up hills with a gradient of 30%.

The DIY Direct-Drive Kit is available with a flexible 14Ah battery (10S5P) with Samsung lithium-ion cells to ensure long-term fun with a long-lasting range. Also included is a flexible battery case so you can easily mount the entire shell on your Board and even on very flexible Bamboo decks.
